Terms and conditions

These basic terms apply to purchases through Comfortcare. Product information, checkout details and the order confirmation form part of your order. Use our contact page for questions about the store or an order.

Before paying, check the product variant, quantity, delivery address and total. The applicable price, taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout. Available payment methods are shown in the payment environment.

After placing an order, keep the available confirmation and order details for future questions. An obvious listing or pricing error will be discussed with you; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

See Shipping for delivery information, and Returns for cancellation, withdrawal, returns and problems with goods. These terms do not limit statutory guarantees or other mandatory consumer rights.

Accurate contact and delivery details are needed to process your order. See Privacy for information about personal data. The terms applicable when you purchased continue to apply to that purchase.
