Shipping information

For orders from Comfortcare, check the available delivery options, any shipping charges and estimated delivery time on the product page or at checkout. Please check your delivery address before ordering.

Processing and delivery can vary by product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless explicitly agreed. Products from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

For a delay, missing parcel, incorrect address or other delivery question, contact us through our contact page and include your order number. Your statutory rights in the event of non-delivery remain unaffected.
